Hi! I'm Melissa Witmer. I've played and coached ultimate in over 40 different countries. This gives me a uniquely flexible view on the game of ultimate and how to coach it. I've coached club, college, high school, and master players - mixed, women's, and men's - beach and grass.
I am also certified as an equity centered-coach through The Institute for Equity Centered Coaching. My greatest joy is fostering a genuine connection with my athletes - whether we're meeting in person or online. The unique space created between athlete and coach is where the biggest learning happens. Let's go! Â
