To remove your UAP data
What you need to do
email [email protected], providing the email address that you use for login to this site, and asking us to delete your data.
Note we cannot do this whilst you have an active subscription with us.
If you need to cancel a subscription
To cancel your subscription, head to My Profile & Payment Details (will require you to log in), then select the three dots next to the Active Subscription you want to cancel, and click "Cancel this subscription"...

What you can expect from us
After you submit a request for data deletion we'll respond within 2 working days to confirm receipt of your request.
If you have no active subscriptions, then we should be able to delete your data within 5 working days, and respond to you to confirm so.
All your site data, including anything to do with your cards or spending history, will be deleted fully.
How we store & handle data from the S&C App
Data from the S&C workout app is stored in two separate boxes - one that contains your personal data, and one that contains your workout data. When you request it, your data in the personal store is deleted. This causes the data in the workout store to become anonymised.
Note: Legally we have to anonymise data, and that step has to be irreversible. This means that our system is designed such that once your personal data store is deleted, we have no linking back to the workout data. If you choose to re-start your account later we will not be able to go find your earlier data. Sorry.
Retaining anonymised workout data allows us to continue to improve the programming for all users.
