Yes! All of the coaching I did during the pandemic was over Zoom. The results far exceeded my expectations and the experience of being able to help athletes make progress on the ultimate field even in the most challenging of circumstances was the inspiration for this program!

The greater your ambitions, the more time you’ll likely want to spend in training. In order to see significant results in your ultimate game, you’ll probably want to spend at least 4 hours per week on physical fitness and other types of training. If you’re trying to break into the elite level as quickly as possible, your time commitment may climb to as much as 20 hours per week. Most folks will fall somewhere in between.

If you follow our system of almost daily 10 minute mental training work, you can expect to see results on the field in 4-6 weeks.

This program is for anyone who wants to improve. We accept you wherever you are as an ultimate player! If you want to have more fun by making more of a contribution at league games or pickup, that is a goal worth pursuing! You define what success looks like for you.
